My Palm TX resets every time I click on the Hot Sync button. How can I successfully sync with my computer?
I did a hard reset and uninstalled and reinstalled the software.
Make sure you use the correct method for synchronization. Check drop-down menu on the HotSync your handheld to see if other methods are available. The user guide tells you how to add synchronization methods. I use Bluetooth to synchronize and it works fine. If you just reset your best bet is to use the cable USB.
