How do I stop my LAN users to use the Internet?
I have a DSL router connection D and I a switch to distribute internet connections to some of my users. But another user to access the server for other applications. Although I provides the connection to the Internet for users, then they can access. How can I block the use of the Internet and use only network applications only? If there is somesort of software that blocks access to the Internet?
There are programs like WinGate UserGate or (win32). You can check / Allow / Deny Internet access to your LAN. The best way is to have server based Squid with Linux installed.
